Meet Anna... Team Leader and Live-In Care Manager

"Hi, I’m Anna. I started my Right at Home career in January 2020 as a Caregiver and later progressed into Team Leader. I absolutely love my job; One of the best aspects of my role is that no two days are ever the same. I visit Clients to perform reviews, assess new Clients and assist with Care calls; the next day, I could be providing training and support to our wonderful CareGivers. I also manage our Live-In Care packages and contact our Live-In Caregivers and their Clients regularly. Whatever I’m doing, I get a sense of satisfaction, knowing that I’m contributing to the quality of Care our Clients receive.

Duties of the role will include:

• Personal care
• Administering medication
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
• Shopping and Housekeeping
• Taking Clients for appointments or outings
• Keeping up to date documentation

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

• Be available for early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends
• Must hold a full and valid UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle
• Must live within Southampton or the surrounding areas
