Working as a Senior Care Assistant with Right at Home Solent is a rewarding and fulfilling role that doesn't feel like work but still comes with a great salary!
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious people to support our clients to live with dignity and independence in their own home.
You will need to be a great communicator, looking for a step up, highly organised, and available to work some of our peak shifts. You will get dedicated time to Spot check our Carers, combined with being able to support us to provide exceptional quality care. On-call duties will be required, but will be paid at an additional rate. Every other weekend work is required.

Duties will include:
Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
Administering medication
Assisting with personal care
Promoting independence
Housekeeping
Meal preparation
Taking Clients for appointments or outings
Using AI to support with care notes, and spot checks.
Acting as an Ambassador for the company
Requirements:
Be available for early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends - must be available to work minimum 30 hours per week
Must hold a full and valid full UK driving licence and have unlimited access to own vehicle - we cannot consider candidates with international and provisional driving licence
Must have the right to work in the UK - we cannot offer sponsorship, sponsor switch, and additional hours for candidates sponsored by another care company
