We are currently recruiting Care Assistants, Carers, and Healthcare Assistants in Fareham to support vulnerable adults in their own homes, helping them live with dignity, independence, and comfort.
What We Offer
£14.20 – £14.70 per hour base rate
£15.91 – £16.47 per hour holiday rate
Paid training and shadowing

Your Role as a Care Assistant in Fareham
Provide high-quality care and support in clients’ own homes
Assist with personal care and medication support
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
Support clients to remain active, safe, and independent
Accompany clients to appointments or outings
Requirements
Availability for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
Minimum 25 hours per week
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Right to work in the UK
