What We Offer
Weekday base pay £14.80/hr – £16.59/hr including holiday pay.
Weekend base pay £15.30/hr-£17.15/hr including holiday pay.
2 weeks paid training and shadowing £230
Mileage allowance
Enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays

Your Role as a Care Assistant in Fareham
Provide high-quality care and support in clients’ own homes
Assist with personal care and medication support
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
Support clients to remain active, safe, and independent
Accompany clients to appointments or outings
Requirements
Must be available for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
Minimum 25 hours per week
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Right to work in the UK

We aim to keep all of our CareGivers working as close to home as possible - so don't worry you won't have to worry about long drives everyday! However, we do pay mileage! So any mileage you do while at work will be reimbursed!
