Earn up to £17.15 per hour in Southampton while working flexible early morning, late morning, or evening shifts that suit your schedule.

What We Offer
• £14.80 – £16.59 per hour on weekdays (including holiday pay)
• £15.30 – £17.15 per hour on weekends (including holiday pay)
• Paid training and shadowing (£230)
• £0.35 per mile mileage allowance

Your Responsibilities
• Personal care and medication assistance
• Meal preparation and household support
• Companionship and wellbeing checks
• Supporting independence and daily routines
• Travelling between clients' homes across Southampton
What You Need
• Availability for early mornings, late mornings, or evenings
• Alternate weekend availability
• Minimum 25 hours per week
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
