Join our friendly, award-winning home care team in Gosport and support people to live safely and independently in their own homes. Whether you're looking for morning shifts, evening visits, or split shifts, we'll work with you to build a schedule that suits you.
What You'll Earn
• Up to £17.15 per hour, including holiday pay
• Weekdays: £14.80 to £16.59 per hour
• Weekends: £15.30 to £17.15 per hour
• £230 paid training and shadowing
• 35p per mile mileage allowance
• Enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays
• Flexible zero-hours contract

What You'll Be Doing
• Providing personal care with kindness and respect
• Supporting with medication
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
• Helping clients stay independent at home
• Accompanying clients to appointments or community activities
• Travelling between clients' homes across the Gosport area
We'd Love to Hear From You If You
• Can work morning, evening, or split shifts
• Can offer at least 25 hours per week
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
• Have the right to work in the UK (we're unable to offer sponsorship)
• Are caring, dependable, and enjoy helping others
