Join our CQC Outstanding home care team and make a real difference in your local community. We support older and vulnerable adults to live independently in their own homes while providing our CareGivers with excellent training, flexible working, and career progression.

What You'll Do
As a Care Assistant, you'll support Clients with:
Personal care and medication support
Preparing meals and drinks
Companionship and social support
Light housekeeping and shopping
Helping Clients stay independent at home
Keeping accurate care records
What We Offer
£14.80-£16.59 per hour weekdays
£15.30-£17.15 per hour weekends (including holiday pay)
35p per mile mileage allowance
Paid training before you start £230
Minimum 1-hour visits
Regular Clients
Funded NVQ qualifications
£150 Refer-a-Friend bonus

Flexible Hours
Start on a Flexible Hours Contract during your first 12 weeks while building your regular Client schedule.
When you're ready to increase your availability, you'll have the opportunity to move onto a Guaranteed Hours Contract for greater job security and consistent earnings.
Typical shifts include:
Morning: 7:00am – 1:00pm
Split shifts: 9:30am – 1:00pm & 5:15pm – 10:00pm
What You'll Need
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Available for at least 20 hours per week
Available to work atleast 3 days in weekdays amd every other weekend
