Your Shifts
Choose from the following shift patterns, depending on availability:
Morning: 7am–1pm or 9am–3:30pm
Evening: 5pm–10pm
Split Shifts: 9am–1pm and 5pm–10pm
We'll discuss your availability and the shifts we currently need to cover. Flexibility and availability to work alternate weekends are essential.
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll help Clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting Clients with personal care and daily routines.
Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Helping Clients maintain their independence and dignity.
Building trusting relationships with regular Clients.
What You'll Need
A full UK driving licence.
Your own reliable vehicle.
The right to work in the UK. We cannot offer visa sponsorship.
Availability to work alternate weekends.
A caring, reliable and responsible attitude.
No care experience? No problem. We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and provide training to help you build your confidence and skills.
