Office Manager

I am Alison, but prefer to be called Ali.  I am the office manager here at Right at Home Solent and have been with the amazing company for 9 years now.

As well as looking after the office, I help with the recruitment, more the HR side, where I make sure we have all the necessary documents, I apply for the DBS's and help all new candidates start their journey with us - from building your HR file, to inviting you in to our induction, making you feel welcome.  I am also a mental health first aider, so always around to help and talk to you if need.

We cover Southampton, Fareham and surrounding areas, and our aim is to support vulnerable adults, older people and their families. Some of our services include, Personal Care Support, Dementia Care, Hospital to Home, Companionship, Outings, and much more.
