At Right at Home Solent & Southampton, we are always proud to see our Care Assistants grow in their roles and develop their skills. This month, we are celebrating Linda, Andrew and Lisa, who have recently completed their Care Certificates. 

The Care Certificate is an important part of starting a career in care. It covers the essential knowledge and skills needed to provide safe, respectful and compassionate care to people in their own homes. Completing it is an important achievement for any Care Assistant and reflects the time and effort they have put into their learning. 

Linda, Andrew and Lisa have worked hard throughout their training, and we are delighted to see them reach this milestone. Their commitment to learning will help them continue to provide the high standard of care and support that our clients and their families rely on. 

At Right at Home Solent & Southampton, we believe that learning does not stop after completing an induction. Our Care Assistants receive ongoing training and support so they can continue to build their confidence, knowledge and experience as they develop their careers in homecare.
