From regular training sessions, mentoring and 1-1 coaching, to our top rates of pay, we make sure our CareGivers always feel valued at Right at Home Solent.
We really believe that our CareGivers are the centre and the core of our business and that when we make effort to value and prioritise them and their experience, them and the business will thrive! The way in which new CareGivers are onboarded and welcomed when joining Right at Home Solent is probably very different to other local care companies, is the basis for their first impressions of Right at Home Solent. We provide all new CareGivers with a fully-comprehensive induction which they will learn everything they might possibly need to be the best CareGiver they can be and about our business and how we work. We do this as we believe this will bring them a sense of comfort and security when starting their new role with us!
Once a CareGiver has started with us, we do everything we can to keep them happy and comfortable within their new role.
