Emma is the Trainee Recruitment Consultant for Right at Home Solent. She started with us at Right at Home Solent just two months ago; in April 2022. Her job is to make sure that we take on the best-of-the-best Caregiver's to work with our clients in Fareham, Gosport, Southampton & New Forest East and take them through the hiring process, like interviews and induction. Although she has experience of working within the Care Industry this is her first recruitment position so it's completely new to her but she is really enjoying learning new things and having some new challenges.

Recently we gave Emma an interview to find out what she thinks about working at Right at Home Solent. 

What did initially think of RAH Solent at your Induction Training

I instantly thought it seemed like a great company everyone seemed so friendly and down-to-earth. I liked that the Induction training is in house so new Caregiver's in Fareham, Gosport, Southampton & New Forest East can come into our Fareham office and meet some of the team. When I first started I really felt like it was comfortable environment to work in where you know that you can speak to anyone about anything and they are happy to help with any issues you have.

After being here for a month, what do you think about the company?

After being here for only a few weeks, I felt exactly as I did on my first day. They are a trustworthy company; everything they promise they deliver. The office team have been so supportive and welcoming. What you see is what you get there aren’t any gimmicks to get you in they do what they say they will! For individuals in Fareham, Gosport, Southampton and New Forest, I really believe that Right at Home is the best care company in Solent. 

Would you recommend anyone to work at RAH Solent?

I would definitely recommend working at Right at Home to anyone, they are an excellent company to work for. As well as all the company perks, each individual is supported and listened to.

What is the team/family feel like?

At Right at Home Solent there truly is a family feel. We want all of our office staff and all of our Caregiver's to feel comfortable if they ever need someone to talk to if they've got an issue. Everyone at our Fareham and our Southampton office is happy to help you make you feel at ease.

What makes it an enjoyable place to work?
